A monthly online drop-in group, grounded in Buddhist teachings, inquiry and community practice, to build equanimity in the midst of climate crisis and nurture capacity for a wise response.
This year we will ground our group in the teachings of the Four Noble Truths, exploring the ways that this teaching can support resilience and wise action.
A prairie dharma team will facilitate this year: Jeanne Corrigal and Carmen Wyatt (Calgary) will lead this fall, and in the new year, Deb Froh (Regina) will facilitate four sessions based in work from A Seamless Belonging, by Rupert Marques. Olenka Melnyk (Edmonton), Lorna T (Regina) and Andrea G (Saskatoon) will offer support.
This group will include dharma reflection, community inquiry, meditation practices and connection to local action groups.
